At Shapes we offer Aerobics classes, which are aimed to push you just that little bit harder, however our instructor does accommodate all fitness levels and abilities. Our aerobics classes are a great mixture of aerobic work graduating to high intensity for a maximum calorie burn, along with toning work to target all the main muscle groups and women's specific problem areas.

Our toning classes include:

legs, bums and tums, which focuses on the named body parts for rapid results.
Targeting our main problem areas as women.
These classes are designed to help you target those stubborn areas, with exercises to burn calories, raise your metabolism and tone your muscle.A series of exercises to tone up the Legs, Bums & Tums improve the muscle tone and shape of the body through effective exercises which are specific for the Legs Bums & Tums.

This Class includes an aerobic warm-up followed by a series of exercises concentrating on the Legs,Bums and Tums; then a stretch section at the end of class which aids relaxation and increases the flexibility of the muscles as well as lengthening them after exercise.
This class gives you the benefit of toning and shaping the Legs Bums & Tums as well as increasing your level of fitness.
We also offer a kettlebell class. Kettlebells offer possibly the most versatile training available and can be used to improve Fitness, Strength, Power, Core, Mobility and Balance. They can be used by anyone, male or female, young or not so young
Most female clients are looking to get fit, tone up without bulk and look fantastic. With this class you will just love how they strip away body fat without bulking up and find Kettlebell training really enjoyable and different to what you have experienced before.
